Dave believes he had COVID-19 in the months leading up to the pandemic, before we knew what it was. His recovery was arduous, including two heart surgeries, and long-haul exhaustion symptoms exacerbated by other life changes, including a divorce.
He's doing better now though! His garden is once again immaculate and beautiful. He has a wonderful community of neighbors and friends, and even a grandchild around him, and supporting him.
